Colors of Thanksgiving ~ "Use Your Stash" Blog Hop

We are celebrating the "Colors of Thanksgiving" for the "Use Your Stash" Blog Hop this month.

Just a simple card using papers from the Sangria kit along with an image from the Friend Tree stamp set. A bit of Gold Foil adds some shimmer, and the card design is Pattern #20 from Make It From Your Heart Volume 2. The word 'friend' was stamped in Saffron and then again in Poppy ink to give it a bit of dimension.

Stamping the inside with other images from the Friend Tree stamp set really complete the card.

White Pines ~ Stampers With An Attitude (Blog Hop)

The Holidays will be arriving soon, and our Stampers With An Attitude team is sharing projects created using the White Pines kit.

Instead of creating something for the Holidays with the White Pines kit, I decided to use some of the beautiful papers to create a fun birthday card. The sentiment is found in the Birthday Funnies stamp set, which is available as a Hostess Exclusive through the end of the year. For some embellishment, a flower from the Sangria Assortment was used along with a bit of Glacier Thick Twine. Inspiration for the card design is Pattern #22 in Make It From Your Heart Volume 1.

Get Back to the Fundamentals (Technique Blog Hop)

For the Technique Blog Hop this month, we are focusing on the Fundamentals line. The papers have a glossy resist pattern on one side and a bold print on the other with the same design.

Using a piece of Sunset from the Paper Fundamentals Adventure pack as the card base and letters from the Fundamental Adventure Sticker pack, this is a very quick and easy card to create. A White Enamel Gem was added as a bit of embellishment.

Simply Fundamental

Welcome to our Simply Fundamental Blog Hop, brought to you by the same ladies who participate in the monthly Stamp-of-the-Month Blog Hop. Five of the glossy resist patterns in the Fundamentals Enchantment package are used to create a fun background for the dinosaur image from the Darling Dinos stamp set. Some ShinHan Touch Twin alcohol markers were used to add bold color to the creature, and he has just a bit of Sparkle to his eye.

Cheers, 2016! (November SOTM Blog Hop)

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop. We are getting close to the beginning of another new year, and this stamp set is perfect for creating scrapbook pages for your celebration.

In order to highlight the beautiful rose paper from the La Vie En Rose kit this card is intentionally simple, yet the colors are very festive. Images from the Cheers, 2016! set were stamped using Poppy and Pomegranate inks and backed with Black cardstock. To add a bit of sparkle, some Pink Shimmer Trim and White Enamel Gems were used.
