The month of March means green grass, new green leaves, and St. Patrick's Day. So this month, those of us participating in the "Use Your Stash" Blog Hop dug into our paper stash to show you that "It Is Hard Being Green." You will see all sorts of "green" from our stash: paper, cardstock, embellishments, ribbon, etc.

Since we are celebrating the color "green" during the month of March, daffodils were the perfect choice. I always enjoy seeing the new buds appear out of the ground each Spring, and the beautiful yellow flowers. Using A Little Note stamp set, the image was stamped using Black ink. Then three shades of yellow and three shades of green ShinHan Touch Twin alcohol markers were used to color the flowers. Topiary patterned paper from the Adventure Paper Fundamentals is the perfect shade of "green" for Springtime. A strip of White Shimmer Trim was added along with a piece of Topiary Chevron Ribbon. The card sketch is Pattern #30 in Make It From Your Heart Volume 2.
