Robin Redbreast

Color Dare #80, using Ruby, Sunset and Cotton Candy inks, is my first submission as a new member of the Design Team on the Color My Heart Color Dare blog.

This gorgeous bird is available in the new Believe in Yourself stamp set.  He is inked with Saddle and then a bit of Ruby ink was sponged to create a 'red breast' for a robin. Some patterned paper from the Lollydoodle kit along with ribbon and a corduroy brad from the Sunset Mini-Medley Accents adds a bit of texture.  Pattern #21 in Make It From Your Heart, Volume 1 was the inspiration for the card design.  
One of my favorite images in the Believe in Yourself stamp set is the fancy, detailed corner on the lower left of the front of the card and inside on the upper right. 

All papers and stamps are from Close To My Heart (CTMH).

    Very pretty, on-trend card, Sheila! I love the way you used the colors and the Saddle ink works great with them. Great job!

    Very pretty card, Sheila! We are very happy that you have joined our Color Dare Design Team! I love the corner stamp inside the card that matches the front of the card in a diagonal way.
