Clean & Simple Christmas Cards

Two quick, clean & simple Christmas cards - both use the same sketch (CAS(E) this Sketch #56) and colors (Color Dare #71).

Using ¼" strips of Cranberry and Ponderosa Pine cardstock creates a focus point for the sentiment which is available in the Holidays Tags stamp set.

My first attempt creating a card for CTS #56 used stamped lines from the One-Way Borders set in Ponderosa Pine and Cranberry.  Post-it notes were used as a "mask" on the card to create the angled edge.  Since I was not real happy with the lack of 'crispness' of the lines, I re-created the card using strips of cardstock as shown above.

    1. Thank you, Gina. I liked the idea of One-Way Borders, but was not as pleased with the way it turned out as I had it pictured in my head. :)
