Flip Flaps ~ Stampers With an Attitude (Blog Hop)

This month, the "Stampers With An Attitude" blog hop participants created projects using Flip Flaps.  These are available in several different sizes and are a great way to easily add something extra to your scrapbook.  Slide your photo or journaling into the pocket, attach with the adhesive strip, and you have created a fun interactive element for your page.

If you have come here from LaJeania's 'Scrap Til You Drop!' blog, you are on the right path!  Blog Hopping is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one!
For my Flip Flap project, I decided to share some photos from a trip to Washington DC when we were able to sit on the grounds of the Washington Monument and watch Fourth of July fireworks.  These pages are in the My Crush Modville Book and pieces from the Besties Assortment were used along with some Slate polka-dot and Honey diamond Washi Tape.  No other cardstock was used, and there is no stamping on this project.  The hardcover My Crush books from Close To My Heart are very fun to use.  Each of the 60 7"x10" cardstock-weight pages are printed with a design for an easy start to share your photos.

There are three 4"x4" Flip Flaps stacked on the upper left page so that multiple photos of the fireworks can be shared.  The 'Open Me' envelope from the Besties Assortment was added to the top Flip Flap and adds an additional interactive element.  Strips of Washi Tape are used to create a tab for easy lifting and for removing the small photo inside the envelope.

Now "Hop" on over to Melinda's 'If You Bling It' blog to see more creations using Flip Flaps

All papers and stamps are from Close To My Heart (CTMH).
