Today is a Good Day

Hope you are ready for another set of pages from the Close To My Heart Album Retreat.    

All of the pages for the Album Retreat were designed by the CTMH Art Department and include multiple cuts from the Artbooking Cricut cartridge as well as papers from different CTMH kits with a mixture of embellishments and stamp sets.  Even though each page is very detailed, it was fun and challenging to create each of them.  Click on any of the photos for an enlarged view. 

     

Today is a Good Day

Even though the 'Today is a Good Day' title may imply that the photos are all from a single day, I selected photos from different activities which I enjoy since each of them is "a good day."

To prepare the background for these pages, flower images from the Happy Autumn set were stamped randomly along parts of both pages.  An overlay from the Artbooking Cricut cartridge was added which creates an interesting illusion of looking through a window.  Other stamping uses the One-Way Borders set to add interest below the large photo.   Different colored cardstocks are used along with some narrow strips of patterned paper from the Sarita kit.
